Nutrition

One of our top priorities is to provide well-balanced nutritious meals to young children. Numerous studies revealed the importance of healthy nutrition for a healthy growth of the brain and the body of a child.

We prepare home-cooked meals from fresh ingredients, mostly organic, every day in our school’s kitchen. Every meal is balanced with the nutritious values from 4 different food groups and includes carbs, protein, vegetables, and fruit.

Play

Play is at the core of our learning. Our brains engage in complex and dynamic processes when acquiring new knowledge, because we learn through play. Neuroscience informs us that the most brain activity is evident when a child is at play.

One of our inspirational researchers is Dr. Stuart Brown, who conducted many studies and provided us with the conclusions on the importance of play.

Play is work. The opposite of play is not work, it is depression.
